Ahh Mary, somehow that doesn’t surprise me at all, I have a mental image of your farmhouse - based on what ours was like in Westmeath and I’m sure I can’t be too far wrong... my stove drives me insane, we have three but the kitchen stove has attitude and always when you least need it... I could write a whole book of food disasters, flu problems and smoke filled posh suppers, well as posh as we get here anyway! 😂

I’m thrilled you’re enjoying my words lovely... thank you so much? Xx

Hurdles and all, you write so beautifully dear Susie, that I'm here dreaming of a farm of my own, not in France, though, more likely in Portugal, same bureaucracywith easier language rsrs. I'm loving this new project of yours. Sending love and well wishes to Seth :)

Laly you must do it… life is so short, too short to not just grab that old bull by the horns and drag him along with you… Life is hard no matter where we are in the world, but surely the hardships would be better in Portugal…? And for me, much, you would be but a drive away! 😍

Seth is doing well darling, it appears to be my turn now though…🤧🤒🙄

Love back always xxxx

I love the historical background to your story, it gives me a better sense and appreciation of the area you live in. Unlike Canada which is still young compared to France. Your life is difficult but it’s the quality of what you do and have are rich and rewarding. 😘♥️🤗

Thanks darling, I always think it’s good to know at least a little of the area and surroundings when reading something like this… it was a bit of a last minute addition and there is much more to say, so maybe I’ll add whatever feels pertinent every time?

I wouldn’t change my life for the world, you know that better than most lovely… doesn't matter that it's hard, whoever said life shoukd be easy anyway? 😂 🙏🏽🤗 😘
