I feel you, Susie. Everything has been chaotic of late and I'm struggling to find any fragments of minutes to get to things properly. I had to rush out my own post this week after it was getting so late.

I'm at a conference up north now and the weather is tropical and moody and (now my talk is out of the way) I plan to spend some of the early mornings embracing the nature of the surrounds.

I breathe more deeply after reading your posts. The 30 second today should be the opening to a Terrence Malick film. And who is the squawky guy about 3/4 of the way through? He sounded very happy to be part of your clip.

Thank you Susie for sharing your exquisite pauses with us. Those pauses are medicine.

Oh Kimberly, I don’t know where the word ugly came from? I forgot the essential reread… I’m so sorry 🫢

Tree of Life… I’ve never seen… I will remedy that and I know it won’t be ugly! X

Haha! You sure had me scratching my head with “ugly complimentary!”

Haha, the squawky fella at the end was a pheasant, they aren't particularly common here and hence almost always make me jump, not the most endearing of bird song is it... I could see this one prancing up the lane as he called, a warning to his lady friend of my presence. They're incredibly beautiful birds to look at, MN maybe thought good looks to be enough of a gift!

Bless you for watching, I'm smiling that my health advice works occasionally xxx

Thanks for watching Jo, ephemeral is definitely what I see when this happens to my morning too... its about to hit replay and I'm cursing the fact that I'm not a wealthy lady of leisure with all the time in the world to float in its ethereal layers... note to self; buy a lottery ticket! 😂

Enjoy the rest of your day lovely lady xxx

Mornings like these make me sigh with the pleasure of simply being alive Roselle, as I type Im watching the whole ephemeral gorgeousness all over again too... sadly I've no time for dashing outside (regardless of attire) to film though - oh to be a lady of leisure! thank you for watching - I hope your week is off to a good beginning xxx

That mist, moving slowly over the frame is mesmerising, and as you intended, calming. Thank you for sharing that.
